- No Kiss for Mother is the delightfully naughty story of mischievous kitten Piper Paw and his hatred of cuddles and kisses
- Piper Paw is ready for anything, he’ll take apart an alarm clock to see its insides, refuse to clean his teeth and get into schoolyard scraps at the drop of a hat, but he will not – cannot – kiss his mother!
- Ungerer’s touching short story addresses the occasional stresses and strains between parents and children with a wry humour and hilarious illustrations
